Barrier Jacket Production Process
QUALITY MATERIAL, EFFICIENT PRODUCTION
Quality material, proven production procedures, trained workers, and in-depth knowledge of crowd control barriers make Blockader the most trusted, reliable producer of crowd control barrier jackets.
Details make the difference
- Details such as the thread selection, stitching, and trim, allow us to offer a superior product at a very competitive price.
- We use a heavyweight 92 thread that is UV protected.
- We use a full 2 inch wide hook and loop wrap on the ends with long runs of hook and loop, instead of small or narrow tabs.
- Every jacket has 3 grommets standard. We can supply more, if requested, at no extra cost.
Blockader Barrier Jackets being cut…
We know barriers
First and foremost, a jacket needs to fit the exact barrier you have. We have knowledge about nearly every steel and plastic barrier sold in the last 20 years. We have patterns and barrier mannequins at our disposal to ensure jackets will fit all of the most popular frame variations.
We produce jackets only from the highest quality material. Our colors are pure and consistent, without defects that can affect the quality of printing. Heavyweight nylon coated material allows the material to lay flat and maintain its shape, ensuring highly accurate tracing and cutting, resulting in high quality patterns.
Mass production with the use of laser cutters means we achieve production efficiencies, and we pass the savings onto our customers.
Our inventory and work vicinity facilitates fast and efficient production, often with a lead time of as little as 3 days for solid color orders of approximately 25 units offered at normal prices.

Inexpensive small quantities
Our experience and production processes enable the production of small quantities or even a single jacket. This enables us to offer our customers a fast and efficient service, specifically in single ink-jet prints.
Our jackets are shipped on rolls, not folded flat in boxes, to minimize creases in transit.
